Ingredients

    4 oz of fresh Tilapia fish
    1 small onions
    1/2 of fresh ripe tomato
    2 tbsps of Extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 tsp of salt or alternative
    1/2 oz of lemon juice

Directions

Add all ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook at low to medium high, do not let the juice dry out.
Serve with brown rice or eat alone with steam broccoli.
