Ingredients

    1/2 lb ground pork
    1/2 lb ground beef
    1 tbsp onion flakes
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/4 cup corn flakes, crushed
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tbsp chicken broth
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 375° F. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, onion flakes, corn flakes, salt, and pepper. In a small bowl stir together ketchup, brown sugar, dry mustard, chicken broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon 2 tbsp. of the ketchup mixture into the pork and mix well. Spray muffin tin with vegetable cooking spray. Form 6 meatballs and place in muffin tin. Coat the top of each meatball with the remaining ketchup mixture. *Alternative: Form meatballs into mini muffin tin, and make 12 smaller meatballs, each approx. 1.25 oz.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375°, until nicely browned and glazed. Serves 6.
