    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 large onion, diced
    3.5 cups zucchini, sliced
    7 cups summer squash, sliced
    2 - 14.5 oz. cans Del Monte diced tomatoes w/ basil, garlic & oregano - no salt added
    1 - 28 oz. can Pastene ground peeled tomatoes - no salt added
    Additional basil, oregano, garlic powder and/or pepper to taste

    Very Good
    A good ratio of squash to zucchini. I dice the squash and slice the zucchini thin; these are sautéed in a frying pan with oil and the spices. When the squash is soft, add the tomotoes and/or tomato paste and simmer for at least half an hour. I also add browned meat. Served over spaghetti. - 7/8/18
