    6 cups green beans
    1 Large onion
    5 cloves of garlic
    8 large baby carrotts
    2 Bannana peppers
    1 tbsp of white flour
    3 tbsp of oil
    8 cups water


Wash all of the vegetables, cut in small peaces, and add spices. Stir for few minutes. Add water to cover up the vegetables and cook for approximately 45 minutes or until tender.
Take 1 tablespoon on flour and brown it with 2 tbsp of oil. Add it to the vegetables.
