Ingredients

    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    9.5 tbl butter, divided
    5 medium peaches, peeled, chopped
    2 cups blueberries
    1 tbl cornstarch
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup oatmeal, old-fashioned
    1/2 cup flour
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    cinnamon and ginger to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Melt 3.5 tbl butter and mix into crumbs. Press into pie plate, and bake in preheated oven 8 minutes. Meanwhile mix peaches, blueberries, cornstarch, sugar and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put into pie crust. Top with crumble - mix together flour, oats, brown sugar and spices. Cut in remaining butter till mix resembles peas. Sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes till crumble browns and fruit is bubbling. Serves 10.
