I modifed this from another recipe so I could eat the whole thing! Calories went down, protein and fiber skyrocketed! I was so full when I finished this. 1/2 cup egg substitute, 1/2 banana, sliced, 2 slices low fat white bread (I used Natural Ovens White Wheat), 1t. vanilla, 2T PB2 (made by Bell Plantation), 1T water, 1T skim milk,
Directions
Combine PB2 and water in small bowl. Spread on bread. Add bananas.
In another dish, combine egg substitute, milk & vanilla. Coat both sides of sandwich and place in pre-heated skillet on medium.
