Introduction
A very easy and super delicious vegan no-bake peanut butter pie! A very easy and super delicious vegan no-bake peanut butter pie!Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients

For the filling:
1 container (8oz) Tuffuti cream cheese
1 cup peanut butter
0.5 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz frozen whipped topping
For the crust:
1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
0.25 cup sugar
0.3 cup Earth Balance (or other vegan butter alternative)
Directions
To prepare the crust, combine 1/3 cup sugar with the crushed graham crackers and Earth Balance. Press into the bottom of a pie pan. I don't go up the sides because I always end up making a mess, but if you'd like to, go for it!
To prepare the filling, blend the cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Add in the peanut butter and vanilla, and then once that's all together fold in the whipped topping. Pour into the pie crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours. If you must have it soon though, throw it in the freezer for a few minutes.
