Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium onion, diced
1 8oz pack of mushrooms, sliced
    1 packet beef gravy
8 oz No-Yolk extra wide egg noodles
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
    1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg

Directions

Cook egg noodles as directed, drain and set aside.
Fry up onion and mushrooms until soft and slightly brown, set aside.
Cook turkey in the skillet, breaking into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix gravy packet with water as directed on package. When turkey is cooked through, add mushrooms and onion back to the skillet and stir in gravy. Let it come to a low boil and simmer for 5 minutes or until gravy thickens.
Add nutmeg and stir well, then add sour cream and stir well.
Add noodles (or add mixture to noodles, whatever works better for you - my skillet is huge so ti works this way), toss gently, and serve.

Makes 4 servings.

    Very Good
This was excellent. I didn't have sour cream but plain greek yogurt made a good substitute. - 8/5/10
