Ingredients

    - Ground turkey, 16 oz
    - Oatmeal, ground into crumbs 0.5 cup
    - Mott's Applesauce, Natural (unsweetened), 0.5 cup
    - Yellow Mustard, 1 tbsp
    - Ketchup, 1 tbsp
    - Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning Blend, 2 tsp
    - Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    - Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    - Parmesan Cheese, 1 tsp
    - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tsp

Directions

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 9 cups of a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
- Divide mixture evenly between 9 muffin cups.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until edges begin to turn brown and slightly crispy.

    Incredible!
    Tasty! I didn't bother with the parmesan or Splenda (because I didn't have them!) and it was still great. Next time I will try adding chopped green peppers and onions just to add a bit of veggie in there. - 4/7/13

    Incredible!
    So easy to make and was a huge hit. I changed a couple of the spices...to Mrs. Dash and the ketchup to Heinz no salt to lower the sodium even more. It was really really good and even my picky eaters loved it. Thanks for the awesome meatloaf. Oh ya...loved the whole cup cake idea!! - 8/6/12
