So easy to make and was a huge hit. I changed a couple of the spices...to Mrs. Dash and the ketchup to Heinz no salt to lower the sodium even more. It was really really good and even my picky eaters loved it. Thanks for the awesome meatloaf. Oh ya...loved the whole cup cake idea!!
