Ingredients

    1 Arnold Multi Grain Sandwich Thin
    1 Slice Kraft Singles Fat Free Sharp Cheddar
    2 oz Hormel Natural Choice Smoked Deli Ham
    1/4 Fresh Peach Sliced
    1/2 Tbl Smuckers Simply Fruit Spreadable Fruit Apricot
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard

Directions

Spread one half of sandwich thin with Spreadable fruit, spread dijon on the other half. Top fruit with the sliced peaches, put cheese on the other half. Put ham on sanwich. Toast on panini press or in George Forman Grill long enough to warm meat, toast bread and melt the cheese. If you do not have a sandwih press or George Foreman Grill grill in a non stick skillet until ready. Makes one serving or make four servings to use up the whole peach. Or you can just have the rest of the peach with your sandwich.
