Introduction
Wonderful marinade for salmon. Also great for chicken.After marinating the salmon, put marinade in saucepan and cook on med high for 15 to 20 minutes to reduce. Serve as a sauce for the fish.

Ingredients

4 garlic cloves
1 oz fresh ginger root
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup soya sauce
1 cup orange juice
Directions
Cut salmon into steaks of fillets. Put garlic, ginger, honey and soya sauce into a blender and process until smooth. Add the orange juice and blend again.
15 to 30 minutes before cooking (grilling or broiling) the salmon, marinate the fish in a plastic bag.
Drain marinade into a sauce pan and cook on med high to reduce.
Grill or broil the salmon. Garnish with a bit of the cooked marinade and thinly sliced green onions or chives.
