Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, washed
1/4 c Kraft Light Miracle Whip
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
1-2 tsp seasoning salt
Directions
Cut each potato into 8 wedges and pat dry.
Toss wedges with mayo and lay in a single layer on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a separate bowl, mix cheese and seasoning salt together.
Sprinkle cheese onto potato wedges.
Cook at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings - 8 wedges per serving
