Introduction

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef, venison, turkey
    1 can black beans
    1 packet taco seasoning.
    1/2 cup sour cream reduced fat or fat free
    1 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    2 8 inch whole wheat tortillas

Directions

brown ground venison, then add black beans and taco seasoning. Layer in an 8 inch pie dish 1 whole wheat flour tortilla. place a thin layer of sour cream then half the meat mixture. Next place the last tortilla another thin layer of sour cream and rest of meat mixture. Top w/ cheddar cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40minutes.

top w/ lettuce, tomatos or olives and fat free condiments! I used homemade jalepeno venison. It was fabulous. A complete meal.
