    1/2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Sugar substitute


Mix all ingredients in a bowl or food processor. Serve chilled.

  • This is ok. It tastes pretty good but has a really odd texture. I prefer to use nonfat plain Greek yogurt instead of the ricotta. - 1/17/11

  • I saw a similar recipe elsewhere that used 2 Tbsp. of honey and 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon. Haven't tried it yet, but the addition of cinnamon would be a plus for heart health. - 10/8/10
