    1 package of Quorn Chicken Style Recipe Tenders
    1 cup of water
    1 tbsp finely diced ginger
    1/2 cup of water
    2 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp Plus 1tsp corn starch
    1/2 Knorr veggie bouillon
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups of snow peas, ends trimmed off.
    Salt, Pepper, garlic powder to taste.


Bring water to a boil with bouillon in it (it would be quicker to use veggie stock, but I used what I had on hand for this) Let it cool down and combine with ginger, soy sauce, honey and cornstarch (combine soy sauce and cornstarch together before adding). Season chicken with garlic powder, a dash of salt and a little bit of pepper. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in pan, add chicken and snow peas. As you are frying and the pan gets dry, continually add a little bit of the 1/2 cup of water. When the peas are done cooking, add the sauce. Stir for one minute or so until sauce has thickened and remove from heat.
