Ingredients

9 cups of fresh tomatoes diced
5 cups of Pinto Beans
2 cups of Celery Diced
1 cup of Jalapeno Peppers diced
2 medium yellow onions dice
2 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp Chilli powder
Directions
Makes 14 1-cup serving
make pinto beans per directions
get about 15 medium tomatoes and boil for 1 minute. Place in pan of cold water and then skin, core, chop and place in large pot on simmer.
In a large skillet with two tbsp olive oil place celery, onions and jalapeno peppers. saute for 10 minutes then add sausage and saute until done. Add too tomatoes and add the black pepper and chili powder simmer for one hour
