2 pounds ripe tomatoes chopped
2 sweet red bell peppers seeded and chaopped
cilantro to taste
One lime, remove peel and chop
1 teaspoon powdered cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons chia seeds
Directions
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
