Ingredients

    3 small packages lemon jello
    3 c. boiling water
    Juice of 1 lemon
    2 large packages of cream cheese, softened
    1 jar mangos (about 2 c.) with juice

Directions

Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool. In blender, blend cream cheese, lemon juice, mango and mango juice until smooth. Add mixture to jello and water and combine well. Pour into 9" x 13" dish and chill.
