Ingredients

    2 lbs ground turkey
    1/2 cup salsa
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup ground flaxseed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Coat bottom of 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand. Press into the pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until cooked through.

Makes 4-6 servings.
