Introduction

An easy low sodium, low calorie, low carb salad that fills you up! An easy low sodium, low calorie, low carb salad that fills you up!

Ingredients

    2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
    1 cup broccoli, fresh, chopped
    3 oz. chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    Mrs. Dash Seasoning - Table Blend (season to taste)
    1 TBS. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    splash of red wine vinegar (or to taste)
    Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Season raw chicken with seasoning and grill till done. Set aside. Shred lettuce and put onto large plate or bowl. Chop broccoli and add to lettuce. Add cooked chicken. Drizzle oil and vinegar all over salad and sprinkle pepper on top.
