Ingredients

    -Sea Scallops - Raw - 4 large peices
    -Tuna Sashimi - 4 pieces
    -Salmon Sashimi - 4 pieces
    -Yellowtail Sashimi - 4 pieces
    -1 Zucchini - medium - quatered chopped
    -onion chopped
    -garlic - chopped
    -1 red bell pepper - chopped
    -lemon juice from 1 lemon - medium size
    -soy sauce
    -salt and pepper
    -water for steaming

Directions

-salt and pepper all fish
-heat oil and add garlic and onions - till transparent
-add zucchini and pepper - cook until just crips
-add fish and soy sauce
-cook until tender - you can add a little water to help steam the fish
-enjoy!
