Tilapia Loins, Kirkland (16oz), 452 gram(s)
Bellucci Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp)
Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs, 1/4 cup
Progresso Panko Crispy Bread Crumbs, 1/4 cup
Maseca Instant Corn Masa Flour, 1/4 cup
100% Liquid Egg Whites, Member’s Mark, 2 tbsp
McCormick Grill Mates Baja Citrus, 3 tsp, divided
Directions
Prep time includes marinating time. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare jelly-roll pan with parchment paper sprayed with vegetable spray.
Mix together egg whites and 2-1/2 teaspoons Baja Citrus Marinade; set aside. Cut tilapia into 1-inch chunks; add to egg white mixture. Let sit in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Remove fish from refrigerator. Mix crumbs and 1/2 teaspoon of Baja Citrus Marinade. Remove fish from marinade (there will be marinade remaining) directly into crumb mixture and toss. Place pieces on baking pan. Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown and crispy--may need to turn half way through baking.
