Serve this creamy dip with your favorite hearty whole-grain crackers, artisan bread, toasted baguette or with crudites. Ingredients

Olive Oil Spray (Olive Oil Pam)
    4 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 (10-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
    1 (8-ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
    1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt
1 cup (4-ounces) fresh grated reduced-fat Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Spray a large skillet with a light spray of olive oil spray and heat skillet slightly over medium-high heat. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Add salt and spinach; saute 3 minutes or until the spinach wilts. Place spinach mixture in a colander, pressing until mixture is barely moist.

Place spinach mixture, basil, cream cheese, and pepper in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon spinach mixture into a medium bowl. Add yogurt and Parmesan cheese; stir to combine. Chill. Serve with your favorite whole-grain crackers, cudites, toasted baguette, or artisan bread.
