Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil in bottom of baking pan
    2lb chicken breasts
    ~6oz orzo (cover bottom of pan)
    ~2tbsp greek seasoning
    Sprinkle juice of one lemon over pan
    9-10 kalamata olives
    Cut up 2 lemons in 1/8ths
    4cups chicken broth

    Toast sourdough bread!

    Put in oven at 350 for 45 min (or usually more)

Directions

Then put chicken breasts/thighs in (rolled)
Then put in orzo (cover bottom of pan)
Cover breasts with greek seasoning
Sprinkle juice of one lemon over pan
Some kalamata olives
Cut up a couple of lemons in 1/8ths
Put chicken broth in pan

Toast sourdough bread!

Put in oven at 350 for 45 min (or usually more)
