Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 large container Cool Whip Lite
    1 small box sugar free orange jello powder
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can mandarin organes
    2 medium bananas sliced and added right before serving.

Directions

Strain the pineapple and oranges to remove as much liquid as possible. Mix fruit and jello powder in bowl. Add cottage cheese and mix. Fold in cool whip. Do not over stir or salad will become runny. Add bananas right before serving. Nutritional info is based on 10 servings.
