    Nasoya Tofu Plus Extra Firm, 1 block
    1 Tbsp Nasoya Nayonaise
    2 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 tsp Tumeric
    .5 tsp Garlic
    Chopped onions, Optional
    1 Pickle slice, chopped (or relish)


Press and cube tofu. Mix with all ingredients and let set in fridge. Add some pickle juice if the sauce isn't runny enough for ya.
