Introduction

Adapted this from a recipe that I found on another website. The original recipe said to cook it for 6~8 hours on Low, but I cooked it for 4 hours (plus approximately 15 minutes after I added the rice!) Ingredients

    5 Boneless, Skinless Chickn Breasts
    1 Cup Tostitos Chunky Salsa
    1 PKG McCormick Grillmates Garlic, Herb, & Wine Marinade
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup with Roasted Garlic
    Minute Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice
    Fat Free Sour Cream, optional

Directions

Place chicken breasts in Crockpot, sprinkle with McCormick Seasoning, add Salsa and Soup. Cover and cook on High for 4 hours. Add 2 cups dry, instant rice (you may need to add a little water here!!). Stir well, cover, and cook until rice is done to taste, about 10~15 minutes.
Adding a dollop of Fat Free Sour Cream will tone down some of the SPICY!!
