Ingredients

    1 pound ground chicken
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon garlic (grated)
    1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
    1 teaspoon chili sauce
    1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
    1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    4 buns
    curried mayonnaise
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    mango chutney

Directions

1. Mix the chicken, curry powder, garlic, ginger, chili sauce, green onions, cilantro, egg, and bread crumbs in a large bowl.
2. Form 4 patties and place on a broiling pan.
3. Broil until cooked, about 10-15 minutes flipping once in the middle.
