Ingredients

Jaiba Supreme Imitation Crab, 1.66 serving (about 5 oz)
Mayonaise - NaSoya Fat Free, 1/4 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cup
    Thyme, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Paprika, 1/4 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Portabella Mushrooms, 2 large
    Olive Oil, 1 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sautee the onions in the olive oil until opaque and soft.

Chop the crab meat into small/medium pieces.

Combine crab meat, spices/herbs, parmesan cheese, mayo and onions and mix well. Wash and scrub the mushrooms clean and remove stems. Pat dry.

Spray nonstick cooking spray onto a shallow baking dish and place mushrooms gills-side up onto the dish and fill with crab meat mixture until it is evenly divided between the 2 mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and slightly browned on the top. Serve with steamed vegetables and rice or your other favorite sides.
