This only has 1/2 cup of sugar, but it is so good! The serving size is big, so if you made it into 8 servings, it would be even better on calories and carbs. Ingredients

    FILLING
    4 cups of blueberries
    1 1/2 cups of sliced strawberries
    1 - 2 nectarines, peeled and chopped
    2 tbsp flour or cornstarch for thickening

    TOPPING
    3 tbsp margarine or butter melted
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    3/4 cup regular oats (quick cook oats don't create the same texture)
    Sliced Almonds to taste
    1 tsp ground cinnamon


Directions

Bake at 400 for 30 min. Makes 6 very large portions or 8 moderate ones.
