    2 TBS Kirkland Ground Saigon Cinnamon
    1 Frozen Fresh Bananas (peel & freeze fresh bananas before use -- it makes for great smoothies)
    1 cup Kirkland Frozen Whole Strawberries
    1.5 TBS Ground Flaxseed
    1 scoop EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate
    1.5 cup Silk Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk - Plain
    1 cup Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt
