Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef, cooked & drained
    2 green onions, chopped & 1 garlic clove, minced
    1 can (28 oz) baked beans, drained
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 T. mustard
    1 tube (4.50 oz) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

In skillet, cook beef, onions & garlic; drain Add beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, ketchup and mustard. Heat through. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Separate Biscuits and cut in half; arrange over beef mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degree for 18 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Sprinkle with cheese; bake a couple minutes. 4-6 servings
