A delicious, refreshing treat! Great for an on-the-go breakfast! It's really quite filling.

Ingredients

    10 ice cubes
    2 cups cubed fresh mango
    2 cups 1% milk
    1/4 cup crude wheat bran

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until desired texture is reached and until all ice has been crushed. Serve immediately.
