Introduction

Ingredients
1 package Foster Farm Fresh Ground Turkey Breast
1/2 Green Peppers, diced
1 cup Peas, frozen
3 ea Carrots, raw, grated
Mozarella Cheese ( I used Soy)
Leek Mixture:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Leeks, thinly sliced
1 oz. Sherry, dry
1 tsp corn starch or 1 tbsp flour
1/3 cup (Or less) Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Pepper, black
Mashed Potatoes(You just need enough for a top layer)
6 Idaho Potatoes (Medium)
1 cup chicken broth approximately
Salt, Pepper, and Green onions to taste
Directions
Thoroughly cook ground turkey adding desired spices.
Make mashed potatoes adding pepper and enough chicken broth to make them creamy.
Saute leeks in olive oil. When cooked down, about 5 min add 1 tbsp flour or corn starch. Add sherry for flavor and black pepper.
Mix veggies and leeks into meat. Place in a casserole dish and add cheese in one even layer. Top with Mashed Potatoes
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake 10 min. Let stand for 10 min after removing from oven.
