I modified the recipe for sour cream chicken enchiladas to make this. My family loves it! I serve with black beans. Go easy on the sauce when you serve if you are on strict calorie reduction. Ingredients

    1 10oz can Old El Paso Green Chile Enchilada sauce
    1 8oz pkg cream cheese
    4 chicken breasts, no skin
    1 TBS olive oil

Directions

Brown chicken breasts in olive oil until juices run clear. Remove chicken from pan and reduce heat. Melt cream cheese and mix in sauce. Return chicken to pan to simmer for a few minutes. Makes 4 chicken breasts.
