Introduction

3 lbs pork tenderloin
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic mashed
1 Tbsp corn starch

Ingredients

    Spray Crockpot with Pam (or use crockpot liner).

    Place tenderloin in crockpot.

    Combine brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, water & garlic. Pour over tenderloin.

    Cook on high 3 hours.

    Thicken sause with cornstarch & a little water.

    1 serving is 4 ounces
