Ingredients

Any Size Pork Tender Loin Roast
3 Tbsp Coarse Pepper or Pepper Corns Crushed
    3 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
    3 Tbsp Onion Flakes
    3 Tbsp Dried Parley
    1-3 Tbsp Coarse Salt
    1 Tbsp Cayan Pepper
Your Favorite Rib Sauce (Bought or Home Made)

Directions

This feeds 2 - 6 people depending on the size of roast you get. Most Tenderloin roasts Feed 2 -4 People. Take all the dry ingredients and put into a large bowl and mix until all ingredients are combined. You can put salt in as you prefer or non at all. Put aside rub for a few minutes. Take your thawed out roast, trim as much fat off as possible then with a sharp knife butterfly it (cut down middle but not right through) and open it up. Take a piece of parchment paper or waxed paper and put one underneath of it and one on top. With a mallet of gently bang the roast to flatten to about 1/4 inch thick. Then take off top paper, with a sharp knife score the roast width wise about every 2 inches like your making ribs. Once that is done take your dry rub you made with the spices and liberally coat the roast on both sides.Don't be afraid to really coat it really good. Once that is done take it and put it on the BBQ and sear on both sides for aprox 3 min each side. Turn off one side of your BBQ and move meat to that side. Leave opposite side of BBQ on and let the meat cook for 30 to 40 min depending on size of roast. Just before it is done take your favorite BBQ Sauce and put on meat like they were real BBQ Ribs. Some people like a little sauce others like it super saucy, it's up to you. Once cooked completely, remove from BBQ and let sit for 5 to 7 min covered. Uncover, then taking that sharp knife, cut the roast where you had previously made the scores earlier. Separate the pieces and place onto a serving dish and enjoy. Just like BBQ ribs with half the fat and no bones to worry about. Mmmm Mmmm. You can play around with different spices to come up with your own special dry rub. Every body has different tastes. Enjoy!

    Incredible!
VERY good flavor. We used minced garlic instead of the onion flakes (of whic I don't seem to have any go figure) and it rocked. Loved the spicy twang.. and we use Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, it's AWESOME. - 8/31/10
