Introduction

1/2 roll of Bob Evans Original Sausage
1/2 cup 1% milk
4 small eggs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped gr. pepper

Ingredients

    1/2 roll of Bob Evans Original Sausage
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    4 small eggs
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced gr. pepper
    1/2 fancy shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat griddle or frying pan on low to medium setting, break up sausage and fry til done on low heat, reduce heat a little and add onion and bell pepper, then in another bowl beat 4 small eggs and add 1/2 cup of milk and beat well, then pour over sausage and veggies, when done on one side turn over and cook on other side a few minutes, then top with shredded cheese, turn off skillet, fold omelet over to melt cheese, cut in 1/2 and makes 2 generous servings.
