Ingredients

    1 cup Tomato
    1 cup Onion
    1 cup Cucumber
    (Whatever other vegetables you like)
    1 box wheat pasta
    1 cup fat free Italian dressing

    2 Tbs McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning (optional)

Directions

Thinly slice onion, tomato and cucumber, add other vegetables if you like them, mix cooked pasta and vegetables with 1 cup fat free Italian dressing and two tablespoons of McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning (seasoning is high in sodium but makes the flavor of low fat dressing better)

Makes ~4 2-cup servings.
