Ingredients

    Lemon or Yellow Cake Mix
    1 Lg. box Lemon Pudding
    1 box Lime Jell-O
    Cool-Whip

Directions

Bake cake as directed, while still warm poke holes throughout with fork. Dissolve Lime Jell-O with one cup hot water, pour in holes made in cake. Let cool. Spread lemon pudding and cover with Cool-Whip. Chill and serve. Great for Summer!

    Incredible!
    I added lime icing to the pudding and cool whip and it made it taste even better!!! - 7/9/08
