Ingredients

    1 can mixed beans
    1 cup minute rice
    2 tomatoes
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 onion
    Cajun spice & balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions

Prepare the rice.
Drain the can of mixed beans.
Cut veggies (thin).
Mix all together. Enjoy warm or cold.
