Introduction

This is a great combo of fruit flavors and textures with protien and calcium to boot! This is a great combo of fruit flavors and textures with protien and calcium to boot!

Ingredients

    one med. banana
    juice from a med orange
    six med. strawberries
    6 oz container of light peach yogurt
    one med fresh egg
    one lime flavored dreyers frozen fruit bar (instead of ice cubes!)

Directions

Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour into a frosted glass and enjoy! Makes two servings.
