Toppings:
2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, sliced thinly
10 black olives, sliced into 3 rings each
3 cloves garlic, minced
dried basil to taste (about one tbsp)
dried oregano to taste (about one tbsp)
cilantro to taste (about one tbsp)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425.
Follow "Quick & Easy Whole Wheat Pizza Crust" recipe submitted by user ERINALEXIS20.
Roll dough out on 15 inch cookie sheet (pre-sprayed with cooking spray).
Top dough first with 3/4 mozzarella, leave the rest for last. Lay out tomatoes, and olives sporadically. Spread garlic out generously. Sprinkle basil, oregano, and cilantro over the top. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and starts to turn golden brown. Use a pizza cutter to slice 15 pieces. ENJOY!
