Ingredients

    Steam and shred chicken breast and reserve water.
    Slice onion and put it reserved water
    Cut up all veggies and put in reserved water
    1/2 tsp tumeric
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon
    1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum

    Steam rice seperately.

    Serve chicking over rice.

Directions

Steam chicken breast - set aside to cool. reserve water.
Shred chicken breast
Steam veggies
Add tumeric and spices to reserved water
Simmer 10 min.

Steam Rice seperately

Serve over steamed rice
