A great side dish that is low in carbs. A great side dish that is low in carbs.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can french cut green beans
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 c onions, chopped
    1T canola oil
    Garlic Powder or fresh garlic

Directions

Open one can of french cut green beans, drain. Open one can of mushrooms, drain. Add 1T canola oil to skillet along with the onions and garlic. Let the onions cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat. until they are soft. Add green beans and mushrooms. Turn up heat, stirring as needed. Allow to cook until beans brown around the edges. Serve and enjoy!

    Incredible!
    I was looking for something new to do with green beans and found this recipe. I was a bit skeptical but loved how the flavors blended with the beans. And it was surprisingly easy to make. I did cut back a bit on the oil but found that I had to stir it every few minutes. I will make this one agai - 1/3/16
