Ingredients

    5 lb potatoes (Boiled, skinned, and large diced)
    2 cups Plain Yogurt (Non Fat would reduce the fat grams alot)
    1/2 cup Yellow Mustard
    1/2 Cup Dill Relish
    1/2 Cup Sweet Relish
    2 medium onions diced large
    5 large hard boiled eggs

Directions

Serving Size = 1 cup
In a large mixing bowl,
- Cut and Dice potatoes
- Add other ingredients
- Mix well, salt to taste
