Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Tomatoes, 2 lb.
    Red Onion, 1 medium
    Garlic, 3 cloves peeled
    Jalapeno, 1 small
    Cilantro, 1/2 bunch
    Olive oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

Put the tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until roasted.

Let cool and then blend together with the cilantro and 1 tbsp olive oil. Thin with a little water if it's too thick and serve warm.

** You can adjust the jalapenos according to your spiciness likeness. It is totally fine to make it without, add different peppers or use more.
