Introduction
Just what it sounds like. Surprisingly very good and chugged full of nutrients. It is a brownish-green, but it doesn't taste that way at all!!! Just what it sounds like. Ingredients

1 cup of fresh spinach chopped and frozen ahead of time
1 cup of fresh strawberries halved and frozen ahead of time ( though frozen will work)
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, plain
1 cup Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
4 to 5 drops of agave nectar
Blender
Directions
Chop and freeze the spinach and strawberries when you bring them home. Then they are in prepared packages, ready to go.
Add oatmeal to soymilk, let it sit for a couple of minutes to soak in some moisture.
Then add frozen spinach, on liquify, blend until spinach is totally liquified and blended.
Add drizzle of agave nectar and frozen strawberries, blend until thoroughly mixed and strawberries are at desired consistency.
