    Coriander, fresh, chooped handful
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium grated
    Almond flakes, 1 tsp
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1 tbsp
    Orange juice, fresh, 0.25 fruit yields
    Balsamic Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp

Directions

Make dressing by combining the orange juice, oil and vinegar
